Mr. Samuel Wu is a Co-founding Executive Director of Malvern College Hong Kong, board member of Malvern College Chengdu and the Executive Director of Tridel Capital Group Limited. He also serves as Executive Director of Majestic Elite Property Development Limited, based in Hong Kong.

His early career included positions at Wing Lung Bank and Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank where he specialised in mergers & acquisitions, retail & corporate banking and operations. Mr. Wu holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and East Asian Studies from New York University and an Executive MBA from The Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and HKUST.

He is Vice President of the ESF Island School Alumni Association and a Director of the Shun Tak Fraternal Association, a school sponsoring body that operates local kindergartens and secondary schools throughout Hong Kong.
